UPSC CMS Notification

The notification carries various details regarding eligibility, dates, and important notifications related to the examinations. The aspirants can start filling out the UPSC CMS form on 19 April 2023.

This examination will be conducted for the position of assistant medical officer in India and appointed for Factories Health Services, Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services, etc., as per the available vacancies. The Examination will be conducted in two stages and then the final result will be declared.

UPSC CMS Notification Eligibility 2023

    • There is no limit on the number of attempts keeping in mind the age limit of a candidate as per the UPSC CMS Notification
    • The required educational qualification is an MBBS degree that has to be done from a recognised university or institute.
    • The candidate who has appeared for the final exam of MBBS can also apply for the examination.

How to Apply Online for UPSC CMS 2023?

Candidates must fill up all the necessary details mentioned in the aadhar card. If the candidate does not have an aadhar card, they must fill in the details based on the ID proof, such as driving license, Passport, Voter Id Card or PAN Card, etc. The Steps to apply for the application form are explained below –

Step 1- Go to the official website of UPSC

Step 2- On its homepage, click the notification to apply for the UPSC CMS exam

Step 3- After clicking on it, you need to log in to its official portal by registering yourself, and your ID and Password will be received on your registered mobile number or Emil Id, as the case may be.

Step 4-  After Creating the above process, candidates must fill out the application form.

Step 5- UPSC CMS application form will be filled twice since there are two examination phases.

Step 6- On the application form, they must fill in the necessary details related to educational qualification, Id proof, etc.

Step 7- Once the application is submitted, it will not be rectified. So, candidates are advised to check once before submitting the application form.

Step 8- After submission and payment of the application form registration number will be delivered to the candidate.

Step 9- It is advised to the candidate to take a printout of the application form and save it for the future.

UPSC CMS Paper Pattern 2023

The exam pattern according to UPSC CMS Notification is as follows :

  • The language of the paper will be English
  • The exam Duration will be of 2 Hours
  • The exam Question Paper will be a multiple choice question.
  • Both papers will of 250 marks each
  • On every wrong answer, 1/3rd will be a negative marking.
