- Graduation in any stream from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters (55% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC). The passing of JAIIB or CAIIB is desirable. OR,
- Professional Qualification like CA, CMA, and CFA from a recognized Board of Govt of India.
Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their eligibility and work experience as per the post. Those who want to apply for the post will have to go through the followings stages:
- Online Written Exam: The Computer based exam will be of 150 marks and it is mandatory to appear for the candidates to appear for the Bank of Maharashtra Online Exam.
- Interview: After successfully clearing the online exam, the chosen candidates for the Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 will be invited for the Interview round. The candidates will be selected for the Interview in a ratio of 1:4 based on their ranking in the online exam.
- The marks for the online exam and the Interview carry a total weightage of 150 and 100, respectively. However, these marks will be converted to a 75:25 ratio, where 75% of the final score will be based on the online exam performance, and the remaining 25% will be determined by the Interview results.
